Founded in 1992, Hangzhou Fuchunjiang Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint enterprises of Zhongche Rubber Co., Ltd. and Fuyang Industry and Trade Company The company has an occupied floor area 105,000 sq. meters, building area of around 70,000 sq. meters and has 947 employees including 217 technicians. In 2006, the total industrial output value was 386 million RMB, sales value reached 417 milllion RMB with tax of 16.2 million RMB and profit of 12.29 million RMB. The total output of carbon black was 51,860 tons, fined rubber 181,600 tons, generating capacity of electricity 31.73 million KW.

In 1998, the company was listed on the "515" Project, and it was honored as Hnagzhou City AAA Grade Credit Enterprise, Honest Business Enterprise etc. Our "Litai" Trademark was appraised as "Zhejiang Provincial Famous Trademark", and "LItai" brand carbon black was honored as "Zhejiang Provincial Famous Brand Product". In January 2002, the company was approved by ISO9000 quality management system, covering carbon black and refined rubber products. And in Sept. 2006, it passed the re-check of IS9000 system. In 2006, the company was appraised as "Provincial Resources Comprehensive Utilization Type Enterprise", which was rechecked in 2007. The company established a standardized management system and Three Level Gage Control System. In 2006, the company successfully passed H ISO14000 certification. In June of the same year, the company was appraised by Hangzhou City Environmental Protection Agency as "Example Enterprise in Environmental Protection". In 2007, the company built a ERP information system within the company, which has laid a solid basis for the further development of the company.

Our company has been engaged in the manufacture of black carbon with some enterprises that are engaged in gross rubber manufacture or tail-gas generation of electricity affiliated. We have 5 production lines for black carbon, with an annual production capacity reaching 60000 tons. We also have 7 rubber fining lines F370 rubber, with an annual production capacity of 180,000 tons. We also use the tail gas from the production of carbon black to generate electricity, with an annual generating capacity reaching 31 million KW.
